We use to come here at least 2-3 times a week. The owner does not believe in good customer service. We were 5 adults and a baby who were there yesterday 30 June, 2013 and being an extremely hot day the owner had refused to turn on the air conditioning and left the doors open. All off us including other customers were complaining of it being hot. We had changed tables once but there was another group who had changed their table 3 times. I requested the owner to turn on the A/C and here answer was clearly NO. She did not care about her customers and staff's well being or comfort. My husband and I did not even finish our meals as it was too hot to eat. When we were leaving she came over and told me that they were going to turn on the A/C finally. By then our bill had already arrived and my food was already packed to go. When I mentioned to her that I did not even eat my food due the extreme heat she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. The waiters were really nice and tried to help but the owner did not even care that her staff were also uncomfortable while working in such conditions.
